What services can I book online?
Participating DLTCs may provide online bookings for learner's licences, driver's licences and PrDPs through the NaTIS online portal.
How long does an online vehicle licence disc take to arrive?
The online portal states that licences renewed through its online platform will be delivered within 3–5 working days.
Why might my licence disc not be printed?
Possible reasons listed by the portal include outstanding licence fees for other unlicensed vehicles, an Enforcement Order, a roadworthiness requirement, an administration mark, or a police mark/clearance requirement.
What is an MVLX?
The portal uses MVLX to indicate a situation where no licence disc was printed. Once the conditions are resolved, the owner may need to approach the appropriate licensing office for the MVL1 licence receipt with a disc. Pro-rata fees may apply.
Can I cancel an online booking?
Log in, open the dashboard, select the booking, choose the trashcan icon in the red block, then confirm “Yes, continue!”. The cancellation information can be downloaded for your records.
